MUST offers various levels of distributorship, tailored to the market size and the potential of each region. Contracts are signed annually and renewed based on performance:
Exclusive Agent: Sole representative for a country, with the highest level of support and exclusivity. Contracts are renewed if the sales target, defined by the country’s market potential, is met.
National Agent: Up to five distributors per country, each responsible for specific regions. Renewal is based on achieving pre-agreed sales goals tailored to each region’s capacity.
Co-Branded Agent: Collaborative distribution where multiple agents share a region. Sales targets are flexible, allowing smaller distributors to participate while benefiting from joint marketing and technical support.

MUST aims to establish long-term relationships with its distributors, offering numerous advantages:
Competitive Pricing and Profit Margins: All distributors benefit from tiered pricing schemes that allow for substantial profit margins based on their sales volumes.
Sales and Marketing Support: MUST provides dedicated resources to assist in regional promotions, including co-branded marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional materials.
Training and Technical Support: Each distributor has access to comprehensive training programs to ensure familiarity with the latest MUST products. Our technical team provides ongoing remote support for installation, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Distributor Growth Program: Distributors who exceed their sales targets can move up in levels, gaining greater benefits and rewards. They also have the opportunity to expand their territory or earn exclusive rights in growing markets.
Notice 3
Each distributor is assigned a specific annual sales target based on the market analysis and potential. Meeting these targets is a condition for contract renewal. For example:
Exclusive Agents: Must reach or exceed 100% of their assigned target to be eligible for contract renewal and maintain exclusivity.
National Agents: Must achieve at least 80% of their sales target to renew their contract.
Co-Branded Agents: Sales targets are flexible and agreed upon based on the distributor’s capacity. Meeting at least 70% of the agreed amount qualifies for renewal.
For top-performing distributors, MUST offers the potential to expand to additional territories or upgrade their status to a higher-level distributor.
Notice 4
To ensure the continued growth and reputation of the MUST brand, distributors are required to:
Adhere to Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed the annual sales goals agreed upon in the contract.
Maintain Brand Standards: Distributors must uphold MUST's branding and sales practices, including proper use of trademarks and promotion of product quality.
Provide After-Sales Support: Distributors are expected to handle initial customer inquiries and basic technical support. MUST provides further technical assistance as needed.
Market Feedback: Regular feedback from distributors helps MUST continuously improve products and service offerings.
