We are committed to product quality assurance and customer satisfaction

Terms of Service

(1) Applicable Products: Includes MUST inverters (PV/PH/EP series), batteries (LP series), controllers (PC series), energy storage systems (HBP series), and MUST monitoring devices and software.

(2) Geographical Coverage: All countries and regions, including Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, and Taiwan.

(3) Warranty Application: A product serial number (S/N) must be provided for warranty validation. Distributor clients’ warranty period will be determined by the contract.

(4) Proof of Purchase: Please keep the original purchase invoice or receipt, as it will be required for warranty claims.

(5) Warranty Period: The warranty period is strictly governed by the signed sales contract with MUST.

Service Commitment

(1) Service Contact: Reach us at service@mustenergy.com or contact your designated MUST service representative.

(2) Warranty Period and Service Method: We offer tailored service solutions for different products, subject to the effective contract.

(3) Installation and Commissioning Disclaimer: MUST does not provide on-site installation or commissioning of monitoring devices.

(4) Remote Support: For technical support or complaint resolution, please contact service@mustenergy.com, and our professional engineering team will respond promptly.

(5) Spare Parts Recommendation: To minimize downtime, we recommend considering spare parts services when placing an order. MUST will ensure adequate spare parts for your order to meet replacement demands promptly.

(6) Post-Warranty Service: After the warranty period, MUST can continue to supply spare parts at reasonable prices to ensure the stability of your products.

Important Notices

(1) Contact Information: Customers can contact MUST via phone, fax, or email. The following information is required for warranty claims:

Product model and serial number;

System configuration details (number of panel strings, wiring scheme, grid type, rated voltage, and frequency);

Fault description (including error messages or codes displayed on the LCD, and supporting photos or other fault information).

Note: MUST reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the required information is not provided. Customers are responsible for any resulting consequences or losses.

(2) Exclusions from Warranty: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:

Unauthorized tampering with the product;

Shipping damage;

Incorrect installation or wiring that results in inverter damage;

Failure to follow user manuals or maintenance requirements;

Unauthorized modifications or repair attempts;

Improper use or operation;

Insufficient ventilation;

Failure to comply with safety regulations;

Force majeure events (such as lightning, overvoltage, storms, or fire).

For products outside of the warranty period, MUST will charge for spare parts, labor, and related services, or according to the maintenance contract if applicable.

(3) Liability Disclaimer: These terms and the related warranty documents outline all of MUST’s responsibilities for sold products, excluding any other express or implied warranties. During the warranty period, MUST’s responsibility is limited to providing repairs, replacements, and services as specified in the warranty terms. Beyond the warranty period, MUST assumes no additional liability unless required by law.

(4) OEM Product Warranty: OEM products are not covered under these terms. Their warranty is subject to the contract.

Note: MUST reserves the right of final interpretation of this service commitment.
